Shipping Cost

We currently ship within Australia using tracked delivery services.

Standard shipping is $12.50 per order unless a different amount is displayed at checkout. Larger, heavier or unusually shaped items may require an alternative shipping rate.

Processing Times

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Times

Most Australian deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied with your order once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@modeshy.com so we can assist with the carrier enquiry. Please retain the packaging and provide photographs if an item has been damaged during delivery.
